We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law graduate to join our team as a Graduate Trainee within the Company Secretarial function, with exposure to our wider Commercial Law practice. Company Secretarial Support:

  • Assist in maintaining statutory registers and company records.
  • Support the preparation and filing of documents at Companies House.
  • Assist with company incorporations, restructurings, and dissolutions.
  • Prepare board minutes, resolutions, and governance documentation.
