This role offers the successful individual the opportunity to contribute to the Insolvency department, which is ready to grow significantly. The workload is diverse and varied, including Bankruptcy, IVAs, MVLs, CVLs, Compulsory Liquidation CWU, and CVAs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of both individual and corporate insolvency matters
- Assist with the sale and security of assets
- Prepare detailed reports on the financial situation of companies and individuals
- Negotiate with creditors and debtors
- Graduate-level education
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient with IT
- Able to work independently, but also a great team player
