As an Insolvency Trainee, you will contribute to the growth of our Insolvency department, gaining exposure to a wide variety of cases and responsibilities. We offer plenty of opportunities for career progression as we continue to expand.
This role offers the successful individual the opportunity to contribute to the Insolvency department, which is ready to grow significantly. The workload is diverse and varied includes Bankruptcy, IVAs, MVLs, CVLs, Compulsory Liquidation CWU, CVAs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of both individual and corporate insolvency matters
- Assist with the sale and security of assets
- Prepare detailed reports on the financial situation of companies and individuals
- Negotiate with creditors and debtors
- Investigate director’s conduct
