Key Responsibilities:
- Admin support with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and various other administrative tasks.
- Handling requests and queries appropriately.
- Collating and filing data.
- Forming strong working relationships with other relevant departments.
- Organising the logistics behind internal & external training courses, including all admin.
- Managing the relationships with all training providers and training course attendees.
- Handling employee relations.
- Inducting new starters.
- Learning and development; succession planning.
- Human resources operations and systems.
- Compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a HR role.
- University degree beneficial, but not essential.
- Professional certification in Human Resources is advantageous but not essential (e.g. CIPD).
- Able to navigate and quickly learn any HR Information System.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures: MS Office, Zoom, etc.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable.
- Solves problems in a creative and positive manner, energized by dynamic environments and entrepreneurial personalities.
- Assists with all levels of work in support of the firm’s HR initiatives.
- Works effectively and professionally with employees in multiple locations.
