We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor (NQ β 2PQE) to join our Commercial Property team in London. The firm acts for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.
You will work closely with Partners whilst developing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.
Caseload will include dealing with:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises.
- Agreements for lease, leases and lease renewals.
- Lease assignments.
- Bank lending and refinancing.
- Assisting with property elements of corporate transactions.
Must haves:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently on own caseload.
- (For recently qualified solicitors) significant commercial property experience during their training contract.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Residential property experience.
- Residential lease extensions.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
