Are you an experienced health and social care recruiter who enjoys thinking ahead, finding quality candidates and making a real difference? We are seeking a forward-thinking Recruitment Assistant to support the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of high-quality staff across our health and social care services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the challenges of care recruitment and is motivated by building strong, compliant and values-led teams.

This is a remote working role, however you must be able to travel to our Head Office in Raunds, Northamptonshire, as required for meetings, training or service needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively source and attract suitable candidates using job boards, social media and innovative recruitment methods
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including shortlisting, arranging and supporting interviews, and onboarding successful applicants
  • Ensure all recruitment and personnel documentation meets legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Manage DBS checks, references, right-to-work checks and personnel records
  • Collaborate with management to review and improve recruitment processes and workforce planning
  • Promote safeguarding, best practice and a positive employer brand
