You’ll be targeting brands directly and agencies who are ready to do influencer marketing differently. This knowledge will help you connect authentically with brands and agencies and position us as their trusted gifting campaign partner. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, perfect for someone confident, ambitious, and excited to make a big impact.
Key Responsibilities

- Research, identify, and target aligned high ticket brands for gifting campaigns across the fashion, footwear and tech product industry.

- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly new business targets.
- Market Insight & Collaboration
- Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends.
- Share insights to shape sales strategies and proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop winning proposals.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor leads, conversions, and outreach effectiveness.
- Refine strategies based on data and results.

- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at building relationships, pitching, and closing.
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
