Ours Agency is a fast growing talent management and influencer marketing agency, representing some of the most exciting UK creators across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and comedy since 2022.

As Talent Assistant you will work alongside our Talent Managers and Director to support the agency's talent division.

We see this role as key to the agency’s growth, with a clear path for progression.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to further their career in talent management, taking on greater responsibility whilst receiving ongoing support and development.

About the role

12 months experience in a similar role is necessary to apply for this position, with a strong understanding of social media and influencers.

Organisation is key to this role, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Assist the Talent Managers and Director manage our roster of social media talent.
  • Support with the day to day management of campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and talent, and provide a high level of service.
  • Organisation of the talent’s calendars, accurately planning events and key dates.
  • Assist with roster admin, including accurately inputting information into company spreadsheets and collecting social insights on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for managing gifting and event opportunities.
  • Proactive outreach to secure talent partnerships whilst building relationships with brands and agencies.
  • Work with the wider team towards hitting and exceeding company goals.

About you

  • A minimum of 12 months working in a similar role in the influencer industry.
  • Immersed in the social media and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A natural at building relationships, confident in meeting new people.
  • Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Proactive and independent, a self starter who can thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a small team.
