We are looking for an experienced and qualified HR Professional, authorised to live and work in the UK, with the drive, commitment and passion to run your own successful HR/training consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your own HR consultancy business, delivering commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes across all sectors.
  • Build and maintain a professional network, prioritise clients' needs and deliver strong consulting and leadership development skills.
  • Accept mentoring, coaching and ongoing support via 1‑2‑1 meetings and monthly team sessions to maximise business impact.
  • Leverage the firm’s marketing agency content, HR and training course resource libraries to acquire and retain clients.
  • Utilise the referral network and investigative reporting tools (iReport) to source new business opportunities.
  • Bring and manage any required start‑up investment and professional skills to establish the franchisee business.

Qualifications

  • Senior‑level HR experience (HR Specialist, HR Director or equivalent).
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR credential.
  • Strong consulting, business development and client‑service track record.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage time effectively and maintain professional standards.
  • Authorised to live and work in the UK.
