- Build and grow your own HR consultancy, supplying commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes and in all sectors.
- Build your network, prioritise clients’ needs and employ strong professional consulting skills.
- Deliver HR consulting services, leadership development and OD to businesses of all sizes in almost every sector.
- Maintain professional consulting standards and comply with legislation such as ERA2025.
- Utilise the 1‑2‑1 mentoring, coaching and support package, including monthly team meetings, business development support, marketing collateral and holiday cover.
Qualifications:
- Experienced, CIPD qualified HR Professional.
- Authorised to live and work in the UK.
- Seasoned HR Specialist, HR Director, or equivalent senior HR experience.
- Strong drive, commitment and passion to run a business.
