Key responsibilities:
- Build and expand your own HR consulting business.
- Develop and maintain a client network across all sectors.
- Deliver tailored HR advice, training and development services to employers.
- Leverage our marketing, resource libraries and 1‑to‑1 mentoring to support business growth.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions.
Qualifications:
- CIPD qualified HR professional, HR Director or specialist with relevant experience.
- Demonstrated track record of client consultancy or HR service delivery.
- Strong communication, networking and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
- Authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom.
