At OurHouse, we create a safe, happy space where children can learn, play, and feel at home. We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our crèche team and be part of something meaningful.

The Role

You’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the room, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children can grow and thrive. As a Key Person, you’ll build strong relationships with your children and their families, plan fun activities based on their interests, and track their development along the way. You’ll also help keep the space safe, clean, and welcoming, follow safeguarding procedures, and work closely with your team to make every day positive for both children and parents.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a Level 2 Early Years qualification (or above) and experience working in an Early Years setting. You’ll have a good understanding of child development and safeguarding, communicate confidently with both children and adults, and bring a positive, reliable approach to your work. Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine passion for supporting children and creating a warm, supportive environment where they can flourish.

We offer flexible hours & currently looking for both Full & Part time positions.
