About OurHouse

OurHouse is a family members’ club built on a simple belief: great experiences shouldn’t stop when you have kids. Our spaces bring together world‑class food and drink, thoughtfully designed kids’ areas, and a genuine sense of community and our Kids Club and Crèche sit right at the heart of it. We’re looking for a Kids Club & Crèche Manager who combines warmth with strong operational instincts. Someone who can lead a brilliant team, shape an imaginative programme, and make our youngest members feel completely at home.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day‑to‑day running of both the Crèche and Kids Club. That means leading the team, designing the weekly activity programme, managing rotas, overseeing events and parties, and acting as our Safeguarding Lead. You’ll also work closely with our Head of Content and Kids Content Producer to keep the programme fresh, creative, and aligned with the wider OurHouse member experience. This is a leadership role with real creative scope and a genuine opportunity to shape something that matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Crèche and Kids Club, maintaining OurHouse’s high standards
  • Design and deliver an engaging, age‑appropriate weekly activity programme
  • Manage rotas to ensure compliant and thoughtful staff‑to‑children ratios at all times
  • Inspire, develop and manage your team – including Kids Club Team Leaders, Members, Party Planners/Coordinators and Party Hosts
  • Act as Safeguarding Lead: DBS checks, child protection protocols, incident reporting, and daily safety checks
  • Organise and oversee Kids Club parties and seasonal events that create genuinely memorable moments for members
  • Build real relationships with members and families, gathering feedback to continuously improve the experience
  • Partner with the HQ content team on programming strategy and content execution
  • Manage the Crèche and Kids Club budget with care and commercial awareness
  • Collaborate with the Childcare Operations Manager on operational standards and compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing children’s programmes in an educational or recreational setting
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of developing and motivating teams
  • Excellent organisational ability — you hold multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • A natural communicator who builds trust easily with staff, members, and families
  • Solid knowledge of safeguarding policies and a genuine commitment to child safety
  • Creative thinking and an interest in contributing to programme development
  • Calm under pressure, with good judgment in challenging situations
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable)

Why OurHouse?

This isn’t just a management role — it’s a chance to shape the experiences of the youngest members of our community, and to make OurHouse a place their families couldn’t imagine being without. We hold ourselves to a high standard in everything we do, and we believe that warmth, creativity and quality aren’t mutually exclusive.
