About Our House Clubs

Our House Clubs exists to make family life simpler, more joyful and full of connection. Our clubs bring childcare, play, wellness, food, workspaces and community under one roof. Each house is a place where families can feel supported, welcomed and part of something real. With several new clubs opening in the coming years, we are entering a period of meaningful growth and building teams who reflect the warmth, care and diversity of the communities we serve.

The Role

This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a confident, capable operator who can work across multiple departments while keeping people, service and consistency at the heart of the operation. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about people, community and purposeful growth.

This Role Will Suit Someone Who:

  • Has led a complex, multi-revenue hospitality or leisure environment
  • Is commercially confident, P&L ownership is second nature
  • Knows how to steady a team without flattening their energy
  • Understands that leading parents and childcare teams requires emotional intelligence
  • Is visible and present, not office-bound

Key Responsibilities

Team & Culture

  • You set the tone. The energy. The standard.
  • Lead department heads across reception, food & beverage, kids’ club, leisure and operations aligning everyone behind one clear vision.
  • Create a culture that feels collaborative, respectful and grown-up. Expectations are clear. Communication is crisp. Everyone knows how they contribute.
  • Champion team development with meaningful training, honest feedback and real progression pathways.
  • Run sharp daily briefings and establish communication rhythms that keep the house in sync (no crossed wires, no silos).
  • Partner with the Operations Director to shape and evolve a site structure that’s sustainable, scalable and smart.

Member Experience

  • You are the face of the house. Visible, warm, and switched on.
  • Be present on the floor. Know members by name. Listen carefully and respond thoughtfully.
  • Guard the standard at every touchpoint, from first coffee to last goodbye.
  • Curate a seamless rhythm of programming, events and everyday moments that make the club feel alive.
  • Balance the buzz of family life with the calm of adult-only spaces, ensuring every member feels seen and considered.

Operations & Commercial Performance

  • Luxury is effortless. Behind the scenes, you make sure it truly is.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations so the club runs safely, smoothly and beautifully, always on brand.
  • Own the financial performance of the site with confidence: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and smart cost control.
  • Collaborate with the food & beverage team to shape an offer that’s fresh, desirable and commercially strong.
  • Contribute to wider group initiatives from menus to retail to content, helping elevate the brand beyond the building.

What We’re Looking For

This role is for someone who thrives in a beautifully busy, multi-revenue environment where families, food, wellness and workspace all live under one roof. You bring structure without stiffness. You balance warmth and approachability with clear standards and confident decision-making. Commercial clarity without losing the human touch.

You’ll Bring:

  • A calm, confident leadership presence, the kind that steadies the room and builds high-performing, loyal teams.
  • Strong commercial and operational instinct, with experience owning budgets and understanding what drives sustainable growth.
  • A genuine love of service and hospitality, especially within family-first spaces where detail truly matters.
  • Clear, polished communication and sharp organisational skills (because moving parts need rhythm).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, you don’t escape problems, you solve them.
  • Experience in site launches, refurbishments or project delivery is a bonus but your ability to lead through change is what really counts.
