Jaego's House | Kensal Rise | 5 days

Becoming a member of Our House isn't just signing up to a club.

For most families, it's a decision to change how they spend their time together.

As a Membership Advisor, you're the person who makes that first impression and so many of the ones that follow.

This is a commercial role with real heart.

You'll own the full membership journey — from first enquiry through to conversion, onboarding, and those early months where habits form and loyalty is built.

You'll balance sharp pipeline management with genuine warmth, because at Our House, hitting your targets and giving people a brilliant experience are the same thing.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing the full sales pipeline from enquiry to conversion, with consistent CRM tracking and follow-up
  • Conducting engaging, tailored tours and trial experiences for prospective members
  • Delivering warm, thorough onboarding for every new member — and staying close during their first three months
  • Having honest, empathetic conversations with members considering cancellation — and finding solutions that work
  • Proactively re-engaging at-risk or inactive members alongside the Member Relations Manager
  • Supporting and coaching the Front of House team on membership conversations and best practice

What we're looking for

  • A natural relationship-builder — warm, confident, and genuinely interested in people
  • Commercially motivated: you care about your numbers and take pride in hitting them
  • Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing leads, follow-ups, and CRM at pace
  • Experience in membership sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing commercial role
  • A team player who brings good energy to a fast-paced, people-first environment
  • What's in it for you
  • £33k base salary + £3–5k incremental uplift + up to 15% performance bonus
  • A role where your impact is visible every day — your conversations shape the club's growth
  • Clear pathways for progression into senior advisory or membership management
  • A genuinely brilliant place to work — premium spaces, a values-led team, and a community you'll be proud to represent

Our House is a family members' club built around the belief that great experiences shouldn't stop when you have kids.

We bring together world-class food and drink, thoughtfully designed kids' spaces, and a genuine sense of community.

If you're someone who finds energy in people, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to be part of something families genuinely love, we'd love to hear from you.
