We’re growing fast with new Houses opening across London. We’re looking for a People Business Partner (with a focus on Learning & Development) to help us make OurHouse not just a great place for families, but the best place to work.

    • Support engagement initiatives and manager toolkits that bring our values to life.
    • Use data and feedback to shape better decisions, tracking engagement, retention, and growth.

You might have come from hospitality, leisure, or early years, but you understand how much culture, care, and consistency matter when people are at the heart of the business.

Proven experience as a People or HR Business Partner.

A strong track record in designing and delivering L&D programmes.
