We’re growing fast with new Houses opening across London. We’re looking for a People Business Partner (with a focus on Learning & Development) to help us make OurHouse not just a great place for families, but the best place to work.
You’ll coach, design, build, and bring to life the experiences that help our people succeed.
- Partnering and Coaching
- Provide thoughtful, practical HR support day to day balancing care with commercial sense.
- Coach managers on growing teams, engagement, and performance.
- Design and deliver learning programmes that feel like OurHouse—warm, creative, and effective.
- Develop clear career pathways and leadership development plans across roles.
- Embed a culture of continuous learning where development is part of how we work, not just a workshop.
- Champion inclusion and a sense of belonging across all Houses.
- Support engagement initiatives and manager toolkits that bring our values to life.
- Use data and feedback to shape better decisions, tracking engagement, retention, and growth.
You might have come from hospitality, leisure, or early years, but you understand how much culture, care, and consistency matter when people are at the heart of the business.
Proven experience as a People or HR Business Partner.
A strong track record in designing and delivering L&D programmes.
Confidence coaching and influencing senior leaders.
An eye for insight—you use data to tell stories and spark improvement.
Onboarding that helps every team member settle quickly and feel at home.
High engagement and performance across our Houses.
Leadership capability that grows with our business.
Experience designing digital or blended learning solutions.
