OurHouse Clubs in London (Notting Hill) is seeking a Member Relations & Accounts Specialist to blend precise debt recovery with a warm, member-focused approach. You will recover overdue balances, reinstate Direct Debits, save memberships, and win back members while ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
You’ll become the resident expert on our membership system, manage multiple campaigns across channels, and contribute to data quality and retention strategy in a growing premium hospitality.
