The Role
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a confident, capable operator who can work across multiple departments while keeping people, service and consistency at the heart of the operation. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about people, community and purposeful growth.
This Role Will Suit Someone Who:

- A genuine love of service and hospitality, especially within family-first spaces where detail truly matters.
- Clear, polished communication and sharp organisational skills (because moving parts need rhythm).
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, you don’t escalate problems, you solve them.
- Experience in site launches, refurbishments or project delivery is a bonus but your ability to lead through change is what really counts.
