About the Role
As we expand, we are seeking an experienced IQA/Assessor to join our dynamic team in the Training Centre, supporting learners in achieving qualifications and apprenticeships up to and including Level 5. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact on the development of learners in key sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, train and guide learners through their qualification journey
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide constructive, timely feedback
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops
- Examine learners' portfolios of evidence with attention to detail
- Internal quality assurance of portfolios to maintain high standards
- Provide meaningful feedback to assessors to support their development
- Collaborate and share best practices with fellow assessors
- Respond promptly to requests for student information and reports
- Work collaboratively with and support the wider Greenhouse Team

Essential Requirements
- Proven competence in one or more of the assessment fields
- Level 3 CAVA/TAQA/A1 qualification or equivalent
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications
- GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills with an approachable manner
- Strong organisational abilities with effective time management
- Decision-making capability under pressure
- Adaptability and flexibility in approach
