About the Role

As we expand, we are seeking an experienced IQA/Assessor to join our dynamic team in the Training Centre, supporting learners in achieving qualifications and apprenticeships up to and including Level 5. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact on the development of learners in key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, train and guide learners through their qualification journey
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide constructive, timely feedback
  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops
  • Examine learners' portfolios of evidence with attention to detail
  • Internal quality assurance of portfolios to maintain high standards
  • Provide meaningful feedback to assessors to support their development
  • Collaborate and share best practices with fellow assessors
  • Respond promptly to requests for student information and reports
  • Work collaboratively with and support the wider Greenhouse Team

Essential Requirements

  • Proven competence in one or more of the assessment fields
  • Level 3 CAVA/TAQA/A1 qualification or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills with an approachable manner
  • Strong organisational abilities with effective time management
  • Decision-making capability under pressure
  • Adaptability and flexibility in approach
  • A compassionate and fair attitude toward learner development
