Our Coop is seeking an Early Years SEND Lead to shape and drive SEND practice across nurseries within our cooperative group.

You will lead, train and support SENDCos and teams, ensuring alignment with EYFS and cooperative values while promoting high standards of child development and inclusion.

You will work with senior management to coordinate CPD, reporting and strategic SEND initiatives across multiple sites, including travel nationally as needed.
