OurCoop is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support managers, coach the team and drive sales in our store in the West Midlands. You’ll role-model excellent customer service, handle shift tasks, and help achieve store targets while evenings/weekend shifts may apply.
You’ll lead from the front, motivate colleagues, learn our product ranges, and manage customer concerns professionally. Previous supervisory experience is desired but not essential, and we support development through training.
