Some of your key responsibilities as a Post Office Specialist Manager would include:
- Taking overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered
- Providing excellent leadership to create a high-performance culture
- Leading the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement
- Be actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community

- Experience within management, preferably in a retail or sales setting
- Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example
- Sound commercial and business acumen

- The ability to multitask, be self-assured and organised
