We are looking for an experienced Front of House & Events manager to join our small team at the Guildhall. This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action and takes pride in delivering exceptional events from start to finish.
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing the smooth operation of all FOH activities.
- Managing and coordinating a wide range of events, from intimate celebrations to large-scale functions.
- Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service.
- Leading by example and supporting the team in event setup, service and breakdown.
- Working closely with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure every event exceeds expectations.
- Rolling up your sleeves when needed – this role includes occasional light furniture moving and event setup duties.
