Location:Waltham Abbey, EN9
Hours:15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shift Options:
- Mornings: 6:00am – 10:00am or 6:00am – 9:00am
- Evenings: 3:00pm – 7:00pm or 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Pay Rate:£12.71 per hour
About the Role: Centric Talent is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliableCleaning Operativeto join our client's established cleaning team based at their busy warehouse facility in Waltham Abbey.
Our client is one of the UK's leading distributors of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products, supplying major retailers nationwide. They are seeking a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning office areas to a high standard.
- Maintaining communal areas, including toilets, corridors, and canteen facilities.
- Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Cleaning and maintaining the showroom area.
- Carrying out general warehouse cleaning duties (primarily required on the morning shift).
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed in line with health and safety standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- A reliable and punctual approach with a strong work ethic.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
