Ignition Driver Recruitment is looking for Class 1 Drivers in Manchester to work with our client, who offers an immediate, time-sensitive transport service, delivering on the same or next day.
Important Role Info:
Concrete barrier/blocks sales and hire is also available via their nationwide yard network, with delivery and unloading using specialist transport equipment. As an HGV Class 1 Driver, the role will include (but not be limited to) driving a Class 1 vehicle, operating a Moffett (full training provided), and installing concrete barriers, gates, temporary fencing, and trackway. You may also be asked to sort out storage yards between jobs or go on nights out on haulage trips. The role is varied, requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.

About you:
You will have a Class 1 Driving Licence with at least 5 years of commercial driving experience, a UK DCPC card, and a valid Digi-tacho card. The client may accept up to 6 points on your license but cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
You must be a UK resident and able to travel to and from the site for your shifts. We cannot assist with VISA applications or relocation.
