Ourbob is seeking a proactive Shift Manager for the PM shift at Bridgend. You will oversee the production and warehouse facility, lead the team, and drive safety, quality and efficiency across operations.

Hours: 2pm to 10pm.

Salary: £35k – £40k.

Location: Bridgend, South Wales.

You will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for workload planning, KPI delivery and cost control. This role requires hands-on leadership, people development, and the ability to implement process.
