Experienced Warehouse Operatives – Bolton – Temporary to Permanent Role. Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

About the Employer

Our client is a leading UK bathroom supplier with over 30 years of experience, offering popular styles at affordable prices and continually expanding into new product groups.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Ensuring deliveries are picked, packed and dispatched to an excellent standard
  • Making sure goods are sent out on the correct pallet type with the correct over packaging
  • Overseeing deliveries leaving the building and ensuring they are in good condition
  • Implementing standard SOPs and helping to develop these as required
  • Making sure deliveries are dispatched by the correct carrier utilizing the correct packaging
  • Adhering to all warehouse & health and safety processes
  • Keeping working areas clean, tidy and safe
  • Providing feedback through the correct channels where required
  • Ensuring that all required deliveries are photographed before they leave the building
  • Other general warehouse duties as and when required
  • Loading and Unloading

This role involves heavy lifting work with bathroom equipment.

Essential Skills

  • Confident in using a computer, with general IT skills
  • Both numeracy and literacy skills at a proficient level
  • Ability to work well alone, and in a team
  • Strong experience working within a warehouse – essential for this role
  • Ability to work with bulky/heavy items (Bathroom Furniture)
  • Strong communication skills
  • MHE experience advantageous
  • Keen eye for detail is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a target‑driven environment

Hours of Work

40 hours per week. Shift options include nights (Sunday to Thursday 22:00–06:00, £14.71 ph), afternoons (Monday–Friday 12 pm–8 pm, £12.71 ph) and days (Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm, £12.71 ph). Pay is monthly.
