As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. We’re looking for a Summer Trainee – Electronics Engineering to join our Electronics team in Oulu for the summer. As a Summer Trainee, your tasks will include prototype modifications, supporting the electronics team in daily tasks and component data handling. You will have a named mentor to help and support you. During the summer, you will learn, develop your skills and gain more responsibilities as you progress. Our summer trainee period is planned to be 4 months, with timing agreed between 05/2026‑09/2026. The location of the position is in our Oulu office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prototype modifications and hands‑on hardware work
- Support for the electronics team in their daily technical tasks
- Component data handling and documentation management
Qualifications
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. studies in an appropriate engineering science
- Hands‑on electronics testing experience (with basic lab equipment)
- Soldering experience and ability to do modifications to small‑footprint components
- Basic understanding of electronics design and understanding of datasheets
- Some experience of using schematic and/or layout tools
- Passion for technology
