Joining our Consumer Insights team within the Marketing organization, you will translate a deep understanding of human behavior into actionable strategies that drive international growth, marketing, and commercial partnerships.
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
- GTM Strategy & In-Market Performance: Serve as a key partner to the international Go-To-Market team, delivering data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize in-market performance.
- Brand Health Tracking: Lead the continued expansion of our brand health tracking programs across international markets.
- Forecasting & Advanced Analytics: Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics to scale awareness forecasting models for setting company OKRs, and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) to optimize global media spend.
- Consumer Segmentation & Audience Insights: Adapt Oura’s proprietary consumer segmentation for global markets, identifying market sizing and key cultural nuances for key target audiences and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Marketing Messaging: Conduct message and claims testing to identify marketing claims that resonate most for international audiences. Partner with integrated marketing to develop messaging frameworks, while collaborating with media teams on A/B testing to measure in-market performance.
- Trends & Foresights: Monitor global shifts and cultural trends to identify and capitalize on emerging consumer behaviors.
- Path to Purchase: Scale path-to-purchase research internationally to drive growth across global retail and D2C channels.
- Retail Analytics: Synthesize retail platform and point-of-sale (POS) data to inform localized channel strategies.
- International Research Infrastructure: Partner with the localization team and internal stakeholders to scale research capabilities and tooling globally.
- Ad Hoc Research: Leverage methodologies that balance scientific rigor with speed. You should be equally comfortable using in-house DIY tools (applying rigorous sampling/weighting in-house) and managing agency partners for high-impact projects.
- Executive Reporting & Communication: Synthesize complex insights into high-level reporting for executive leadership, including monthly and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with Product Insights, Analytics, Media, and Growth teams.
We would love to have you on our team, if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in consumer insights or market research, preferably at a tech-enabled health/wellness company or a global research agency.
- Experience influencing executive level decision-makers and presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of data literacy.
- Strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, focus groups, user interviews, consumer segmentation, message testing, MaxDiff, data analytics, behavioral data, and user interviews, across EMEA and APAC.
- Strong proficiency with platforms like Quantilope, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, and Excel.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to succeed in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment: intellectual curiosity, proactive self-starter attitude, and high integrity.
