ŌURA is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Paid Social Specialist (US) to support the execution and optimization of our paid social programs.

This role is highly executional, focused on campaign setup, optimization, testing, and performance analysis across platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other emerging social channels.

You’ll work closely with Paid Media leadership, channel leads, analytics, creative, and agency partners to ensure paid social campaigns are structured effectively, optimized rigorously, and aligned to both performance goals and regional campaign priorities.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Paid Social Execution
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, and other social platforms (e. g. Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc).
  • Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.
  • Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and implement daily/weekly optimizations.
  • Testing & Creative Optimization
  • Support structured testing across creative variations, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) to uncover optimization opportunities that support both channel performance and regional campaign objectives.
  • Partner with Creative to provide data-informed feedback on messaging, formats, and content iterations.
  • Technical & Platform Operations
  • Ensure accurate tracking, pixel implementation, product catalog hygiene, CAPI integrations, and event configuration.
  • Maintain clean account structure and campaign documentation.
  • Support audience uploads, exclusions, and segmentation strategies.
  • Performance Reporting
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including CAC, CVR, engagement rates, and spend pacing.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for both media and regional stakeholders in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Partner with analytics and channel leads to connect platform results with business outcomes through advanced measurement (e. g. Brand Lift Studies, MMM, Incrementality).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with paid social lead, paid media generalists, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive cross-channel strategy.
  • Work closely with agency partners to ensure high-quality execution and optimization rigor.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and Tik Tok required; Pinterest, Reddit,

Snapchat preferred).

  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience running performance-focused paid social ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
  • Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in-platform daily.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
