My client is an exciting start-up at the cutting edge of deep learning, applied to algorithmic trading. Their world-class team of data scientists, financial experts, successful entrepreneurs, and seasoned technology leadership is at the forefront of AI. They are based out of Harrogate & London with travel weekly between offices and are now looking for a Project & Operations Lead to support the CEO.
This hybrid role combines project management, operational and strategic support to ensure the CEO can focus on high-level decision-making while maintaining seamless business strategies. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, adaptable, and highly detail-oriented, with experience in project execution.
- Project Management: Own critical initiatives, track deliverables, and keep things moving.
- Data Driven: Results-oriented, you’ll be the driving force behind getting things done, aligning the big picture with flawless execution using Gantt Charts and other PM methodologies.
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel and high-level communications with confidence.
- Familiarity with financial and data tools, experience with Excel and financial modelling.
- Proven project management experience (PM qualifications advantageous).
