We are recruiting for a small, growing and ambitious UK business operating within the fleet and automotive sector, supporting commercial customers nationwide through a fast-moving and highly service focused environment. This is a high visibility commercial role within a business that is continuing to evolve, invest and grow.
You will take ownership of key customer relationships, drive account growth and work closely with operations and senior leadership to help shape service delivery, customer experience and long-term commercial success. The role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, influencing operational performance and being genuinely involved in how a business grows and develops. We are looking for someone positive, commercially minded and motivated by making a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with key commercial and fleet customers
- Drive account growth, retention and long-term customer value
- Lead customer review meetings and present performance insights and improvement plans
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and SLA performance
- Work closely with senior leadership to support customer retention, operations and commercial growth
- Build credibility and trust with customers by proactively identifying solutions
- Manage escalations and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Support onboarding of new customers and ensure operational requirements are embedded effectively
- Use data, KPIs and reporting to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities
