I’m working with a growing, technology-enabled operational business delivering services across fleet management, field service and customer operations. Technology sits at the heart of how services are coordinated, delivered, monitored and continuously improved, connecting customers, operational teams and nationwide delivery capability. This is a business where decisions are made quickly, ownership is encouraged, and the right person can make a visible impact. They already have proprietary platforms and established development support in place. The next step is bringing in someone to own the roadmap, shape technical delivery and help evolve how AI-enabled approaches support software development over time. This is not a software engineering role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the roadmap and prioritising what matters most
  • Turning requirements into clear specifications and user stories
  • Coordinating delivery across development partners and stakeholders
  • Testing, validating and challenging outputs before release
  • Driving product quality and user experience
  • Creating visibility through reporting, governance and delivery metrics
  • Exploring how AI-enabled approaches (including tools such as Claude Code) can improve speed, quality and scalability over time
  • Bringing ideas, challenging assumptions, and continuously improving delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Systems Product Manager or similar
  • Experience turning business requirements into delivered outcomes
  • Comfortable working with technical teams without needing to write production code
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and stakeholder management
  • Curious, commercially minded and excited by where technology and AI are heading

Why this role? You will inherit real platforms, visible sponsorship and a genuine opportunity to influence how technology evolves in the business. This isn’t about managing tickets; it’s about building a better way to deliver.
