Position Overview
Therapists provide individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.
Schedule: Monday through Friday approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Compensation Range:
- Therapist I (Pre-Independently / Associate Licensed Therapists): $55,000-$65,000 Annually
- Therapist II (Independently Licensed Therapists): $65,000-$75,000 Annually
Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position.
How Therapists Empower Recovery:
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.
- Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.
- Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
- Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting non-disordered eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.
- Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.
- Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.
- Generate detailed discharge and transition service plans, making informed recommendations for continued care and coordinating transitions to the next level of care services.
- Work closely with external professionals and community agencies to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of care for client’s post-discharge.
- Offer clinical supervision to colleagues when appropriate, depending on licensure and expertise.
- Drive clients, staff, and supplies using the company vehicle when necessary, ensuring safety and compliance with transportation protocols.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission.
Qualifications
Education / License Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
- Therapist I: Current Provisional or Associate licensure required in the state of employment.
- Therapist II: Current independent licensure in the state of employment required.
Professional Qualifications:
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required.
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
