Shift Time: 2pm to 9:30pm

Pay Rate: £13.95 per hour (£13.45 Base rate + 50p APO Premium)

Shift Pattern: 3 from 7

This is a part time role with a 21 hour contract.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • The Pick Accuracy Operative will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the order picking process at Greencore, playing an important role in maintaining our high standards of stock management and customer satisfaction.
  • As a Greencore accuracy pick operative, you must be comfortable working in a fridge temperature environment.
  • Your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:
    • Verifying the accuracy of picked orders
    • Verifying the quality of picked orders
    • Flagging and resolving discrepancies in orders and stock counting
    • Documenting and recording results from pick accuracy checks
    • Identifying trends and recurring issues, working to improve the picking process
    • Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
