What you'll be doing:

  • Define and implement the business change approach and plan, ensuring use of the agreed business change framework and alignment with the initiative project plan.
  • Develop high-level and detailed impact assessments and ensure the impacts are effectively communicated to all key stakeholders, as well as assess the overall impact of change and develop solutions to ensure the changes can be successfully implemented.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve readiness for go live, working with business areas to track local readiness plans, as well as conduct readiness assessments to identify further actions needed.
  • Develop and implement the initiative specific launch communication plan and work with business areas to develop local communication plans, ensuring willingness and readiness for launch.
  • Create collateral to support delivery of the stakeholder engagement and launch communication plan and work with the Communication and Engagement Lead to ensure alignment of message and branding.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and ensure this is translated into appropriate content and materials, as well as develop the training approach and work with the training and development lead to ensure consistency and alignment of training content.
  • Identify potential risks, areas requiring escalation or obstacles that may derail change and communication plans, and put in place mitigating actions or escape as appropriate.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of change and communication is evaluated and plans are adapted based on feedback and insights.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in business change management planning and implementation of large projects.
  • Experience conducting business change impact assessments.
  • Ability to analyse problems at an operational level, identify root causes, and develop a range of solutions.
  • Experience developing business change management plans aligned to the project lifecycle.
  • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis.
  • Experience facilitating group workshops and meetings on a variety of business change management topics.
  • Experience in training design and development aligned to blended learning solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and passion for quality.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Teams).
