Production Operator Nights

At Heathrow, we have a team of around 400 colleagues. We produce gluten‑free sandwiches and ready‑to‑eat or reheat sandwiches, wraps and other bread‑based products, salads and ready meals for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Asda, Aldi, Co‑op, Lidl, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assembling, packaging and labelling the products
  • Maintaining a clean production environment
  • Work as part of a team in a chilled and noisy environment
  • Have a keen eye for detail, and to ensure a right first‑time approach
  • Working with manufacturing equipment
  • This role involves standing for long periods of time, and wearing PPE

What we’re looking for:

  • Full training will be provided if successful in this role but are looking for the following knowledge and experience:
  • Ideally experience within a food manufacturing environment or similar environment
  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good communicator and ability to work in a team
  • Basic Awareness of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
