What you’ll be doing:
- To ensure allergen segregation is always carried out correctly.
- Ensure materials are scanned to and from the line correctly.
- Ensure that the lines are supplied in full and on time with the correct materials.
- Ensure that all pre-start up checks are completed and the necessary paperwork is filled in.
- Effectively manage materials that are due to expire, concessions, dumps, and disposals.
- Ensure the correct standards in the Fridges are maintained.
- Ensure that the relevant quality checks are performed and that any issues regarding quality or food safety are raised immediately to the Line Coordinator.
What we’re looking for:
- Good numeracy and English Language skills both verbal and written.
- Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and do good H&S practices.
- Accurate and pays attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of and or experience of working in a FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous, though full training is provided.
