What you will be doing
- Process and file all delivery paperwork received during your shift.
- Liaise with management on key Goods In issues.
- Book in deliveries and handle invoice queries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations in Goods In.
- Complete all relevant documentation to the required standard.
- Meet departmental KPIs.
- Work quickly, efficiently, and as part of a team in an organized manner.
- Book daily supplier deliveries.
- Address all POD (Proof of Delivery) queries.
- Load and unload vehicles.
- Organize deliveries, including moving pallets between chillers.
- Assist at workstations in low-risk areas when needed.
What we are looking for
- Strong math and English skills required.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Aurora software.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Easy Label, File Explorer).
- Ability to problem-solve effectively.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Capable of working independently.
- Good time management skills.
