What you'll be doing
- In this role, you will undertake hygiene tasks including the cleaning of equipment and areas to the required hygiene standard.
- Review equipment and highlight damage, escalating risks to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that chemicals are used and stored correctly.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to the correct personnel.
- Follow work instructions highlighting any issues to the Hygiene Manager.
- Carry out hygiene activities when needed in line with daily requirements ensuring operational integrity.
- Promote a good health, safety and environmental culture within the department.
- Identify and highlight any opportunities that make sustainable improvements to increase quality, performance in support of the overall shift plan.

- Proficient in performing general warehouse hygiene duties.
- Strict adherence to written approved procedures for hygiene tasks, with attention to completing logbook entries by company standards.
- Promotion of a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness within the department.
- Effective communication abilities, both in reading and writing.
