Mental Health Support Worker in Bradford

Mental Health Support Worker:

We are looking for Female Support Workers to provide care for a female in the upcoming weeks. This role will be based in Bradford, involving sleep-ins, waking nights and full days/part time hours. Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar care or support role is essential.

Strong ability to manage challenging behaviours\’ and remain composed in high-stress situations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Compassionate and patient demeanour with a commitment to maintaining the individual\’s dignity and autonomy.

Flexibility to work in a 24-hour rotational shift pattern, including sleep-ins

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
