As a Refurb Centre Technician at Our taap, your primary focus will be the refurbishment process of returned water systems, ensuring every unit is restored to peak performance and ready to delight customers once again. Your job? Make refurbishments a breeze, keep the Pure water flowing with top-notch refurbishment, and sprinkle a bit of that our taap magic on every machine.

Requirements

  • Key Tasks/Focuses
    • Refurbishment
      • Diagnose root causes of product returns and carry out refurbishment of returned or broken water home systems, following specifications and training provided by the Quality Manager.
      • Ensure all repairs are completed correctly the first time to prevent repeat returns.
      • Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements that enhance repair quality and reduce future returns.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Be a valued member of the team communicating with your team lead to continue to improve results.
    • Step up to support when your team needs.

Stock & Process Accuracy

  • Follow all Stand Operating Procedures and defined processes, accurately recording information in our systems.
  • Record all stock consumption accurately in our systems to ensure your van stock aligns to system counts.
  • Complete all stock takes accurately and on time.

Skills Required

  • Problem-solving skills that make challenges disappear.
  • Tackle basic plumbing tasks with ease.
  • A track record of being as reliable as our purified water.
  • Your communication and people skills? Top-notch!
