The cutting-edge technology in our Water Systems is changing the game, providing customers with unlimited, great tasting, pure water all at the touch of a button. As a Field Service Engineer at Our Taap, you will ensure our customers get the most out of our game-changing water systems.
Your job involves:
- Covering your allocated region and assisting others in your team if needed
- High completion rate for all jobs either installing or repairing water systems for our customers
- Carrying out repairs to our water home systems
- Identifying and fixing issues first time, avoiding return visits
- Ensuring customers are delighted with their home water system returned to full working order
- Installing water systems in customers’ homes
- Completing all work to the highest standards, ensuring plumbing is error-free and the kitchen is left clean and tidy
- Setting up and demonstrating the water system for the customer
- Maintaining positive and frequent communication with the scheduling and stock teams
- Providing an awesome customer experience from the first call until leaving their property
- Driving positive reviews and customer recommendations
- Following all Standard Operating Procedures and defined processes
- Recording all stock consumption accurately in our systems
- Completing all stock takes accurately and on time
What we are looking for:
