As a Field Service Engineer at our taap, you'll be the hero ensuring our customers get the most out of our game-changing water systems. Your job? Make installations a breeze, keep the Pure water flowing with top-notch maintenance, and sprinkle a bit of that our taap magic on every interaction.

What this role involves:

  • Cover your allocated region and assist others in your team if needed
  • High completion rate for all jobs either installing or repairing water systems for our customers
  • Carrying out repairs to our water home systems.
  • Always identifying and fixing the issue first time, avoiding return visits
  • Ensure customers are delighted with their home water system returned to full working order
  • Install water systems in customers’ homes.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, plumbing is error free and kitchen is left clean and tidy.
  • Set up and demonstrate the water system for the customer, ensuring they enjoy all the amazing features of our taap.
  • Positive and frequent communication with the scheduling and stock teams to ensure issues are swiftly resolved
  • Provide an awesome customer experience from the first call until leaving their property.
  • Go out of your way to drive positive reviews and customer recommendations
  • Follow all Stand Operating Procedures and defined processes, accurately recording information in our systems
  • Record all stock consumption accurately in our systems to ensure your van stock aligns to system counts
  • Complete all stock takes accurately and on time

What we’re looking for:

  • A winning smile and an engaging personality
  • History of being a star in previous field service or delivery role
  • Problem-solving skills that make challenges disappear
  • Tackle basic plumbing tasks with ease – we're looking for someone who can navigate pipes like Mario (or Luigi!)
  • A track record of being as reliable as our purified water – we want someone who's as dependable as the sunrise
  • Your communication and people skills? Top-notch!
  • Work independently like a pro and know how to juggle priorities
  • A valid driver's licence and a squeaky-clean driving record
