We are looking for a Fundraising Manager who is organised, proactive, comfortable working autonomously, and motivated by the chance to help build a growing and values-driven organisation. You will be the organisation’s operational lead for income generation. This role combines relationship management, bid production, pipeline development, stewardship delivery, and coordination across five income streams: trusts and foundations; major donors; corporate foundations; individual and digital giving; and statutory funding.

Role Specifications

  • 18-24 hours a week (Hours can be worked flexibly)
  • £38,000 FTE (Pro rated to £19,950 for 18 hours-25,650 for 24 hours)
  • Hybrid between our office in Brixton, South London, and home – able to attend in-person meetings in London and residentials mostly in and around London
