As a Content Executive, you’ll play a key supporting role within the creative team, helping to shape and deliver content strategies and outputs across a diverse range of clients and industries, including the nature and conservation space and leisure and entertainment. Working closely with senior creatives, editors and strategists, you’ll hone your skills as a versatile content creator, editor and writer. You’ll produce high‑quality content across multiple formats and channels, adapting quickly to evolving client needs while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proof engaging content tailored to client objectives, audiences, and brand identities.
- Support the creation of multichannel content, including editorial articles, social media posts, video scripts, newsletters, case studies and website copy.
- Research industry trends and audience interests, behaviours and habits to inform content ideas and maintain relevancy.
- Work closely with content strategists, creative directors, editors and design teams to develop and refine creative concepts.
- Proactively contribute in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative workshops.
- Liaise with external contributors, talent and freelancers to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the execution of content strategies for clients across print, digital and social platforms, liaising directly with clients at times.
- Support project management and studio efficiency by tracking deadlines, maintaining content schedules, and providing proactive, regular updates to the team.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client goals, brand guidelines and channel best practices.
- Quickly adapt to new digital channels and formats, staying expertly informed about emerging trends and best practices.
- Experiment with innovative storytelling techniques, incorporating audience engagement insights.
- Work with senior creatives to expand your knowledge of SEO/GEO, analytics and content marketing frameworks.
- Take initiative in identifying areas for personal growth and collaborate with the team to enhance your skills.
A Bit About You
Essential
- Experience in a content creation, writing or editorial role (agency experience preferred).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone of voice.
- Experience producing content across multiple platforms, including social media, web and print.
- A passion for creative storytelling and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to challenges.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple clients and industries, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Desirable
- A good knowledge of and a demonstrable passion for the natural world and wildlife.
- Social and short‑form video concepting and creation across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok especially.
- Familiarity with SEO and emerging GEO principles, social media best practice, content and multichannel marketing.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and content management systems like WordPress, WebFlow etc.
