Our Lady & St Paul’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our nurturing and successful school community. The Role
We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant who will:
- Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Promote children's social, emotional and physical development.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Support the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
We are seeking an individual who has:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has experience of working within an EYFS setting.
- Has a good understanding of child development and the EYFS Framework.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Is enthusiastic, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Will actively support and contribute to the Catholic life of the school.
