Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company ("the MAC") was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

Finance Officer

Band C £26,824 - £29,540 (Actual salary £13,850 - £15,252)

Permanent, 21.75 hours a week, 40 weeks per year (additional weeks to be worked in the summer holidays as defined by the Headteacher)

Success Criteria

Successful candidates will:

  • Have experience of working in a school environment.
  • Have experience of posting purchase orders and invoices.
  • Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class care to children and adults.
  • Have experience of working within a Finance setting.
  • Be organised and efficient in carrying out administrative tasks.
  • Be proficient in dealing with face-to-face and telephone interactions.
  • Have the necessary skills to work effectively and collaboratively within a team.
  • Be organised, able to prioritise workloads and work under own initiative.
  • Be a reflective and flexible practitioner.
  • Bring vision, innovation and enthusiasm to the role.
  • Work effectively with our staff team at Our Lady of the Wayside.
