We are looking for a new manager to lead our charity run committee led preschool You will be expected tolead and supervise preschool staff Plan and implement a curriculum in line with EYFS requirements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning, ensuring children receive appropriate stimulation and support Ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of all children.
Oversee all aspects of preschool operations Communicate effectively with parents and maintain positive relationships with the preschool committee and external agencies Regularly review preschool policies and procedures to meet EYFS welfare requirements.
Qualifications and Experience Level 3 Early Years education and childcare qualification or equivalent; commitment to higher-level qualifications (Level 4/5) preferred At least two years of supervisory or management experience in an early years setting or equivalent experience Strong understanding of child development, SEN Code of Practice, safeguarding, and current legislation relevant to early years Ability to plan and implement a broad, balanced curriculum and maintain high-quality standards in line with EYFS Skills and Competencies Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and administrative abilities, including record-keeping and budget management.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Commitment to promoting positive values, equality, and inclusive practices This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to ensure the preschool operates efficiently while providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
