Our Lady of Lourdes Preschool is seeking a proactive manager to lead our charity-run preschool committee and supervise staff.
You will plan and implement an EYFS-aligned curriculum, monitor teaching quality, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
You will liaise with parents, the committee, and external agencies while reviewing policies to meet welfare requirements.
Experience in early years management and a solid understanding of safeguarding, SEN codes, and current legislation
